COURT AWARDS ATTORNEY FEES IN LTD ERISA CASE
A federal Court Judge recently ordered a Long Term Disability Insurance Plan to pay all of Plaintiff's (our client) attorney fees. As a result the claimant got to keep all of his LTD benefits.
